Helixos was founded on Earth Day 2020 to continue to make the world a better place for everyone by working on projects aligned with sustainable development. We work at the intersection of strategy consulting and technical advisory, specialising in cleantech commercialisation. Our projects are community minded and globally focused, aligned with our values and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

What you'll be doing
We are a fast-growing startup and have many different clients and projects that you could work on. Your responsibilities could change over time as the project base evolves and as you develop your own projects. Our main services include cleantech commercialisation, strategic communications, and technical advisory.
We currently have clients in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Check out our projects page to read more about the projects that we have delivered across many different industries.
The main areas that we currently need support in include the following:

Undertake market research for complex technologies including market segmentation and sizing

Identify and engage with potential partners, customers, and other stakeholders for our clients

Develop market entry strategies for products and services across different countries and regions
-
Provide branding and communication insights to clients
-
Development of key project documents including risk management and regulatory plans
-
Develop a comprehensive science communication and social design training program
-
Engage with external stakeholders about Helixos’ services and identify areas for collaboration

Analyse the people, plant, and processes of an operation and advise on optimisations

Support technology developers through the commercialisation process

Work on the business, including Helixos' branding, marketing, communications, business development, and operations
How we work
Positions will be advertised as they become available to individuals that are eligible for employment in Australia or the United States. We offer a competitive salary that is aligned with experience. We work remotely and have flexible working hours, including unlimited leave. With clients around the world, you will be working across various time zones. Our focus is on getting the work done and making a positive impact.
Our organisational structure is decentralised and focused on teamwork. Employees are paired with mentors, rather than supervisors. People are given the freedom to explore and activate opportunities with access to the collective intelligence and resources of Helixos. This approach allows for more agility, responsiveness, and energy to catalyse impact.
